Buttery soft with a beautiful design. We love how it feels and how it adds the perfect touch of dimension to our neutral space. We initially planned to use it in the dining room, unaware of what 'CloudPile' meant, but it's better suited for a low-traffic area or a bedroom where its cozy, soft texture can be appreciated. Exactly what I wanted! Quality is great. To anyone curious about the pilling/large quantities of excess fibers - it’s wool and there is no way around that with any wool rug. It always takes a while for the top layer to wear off and you just have to be ready to use the vacuum for a little while! This is my 3rd large wool rug from Joss and they are worth the cost.. Megan.
