Caraway 11" Square Flat Griddle Pan

Extremely well made! Very nice and I’m sure it will last me a lifetime! Love the fact that I can use it on my ceramic top stove as not all griddles do. It’s very heavy! I’m sure if I compared to a cast iron griddle they would both be the same weight! If you’re tired of the cheap Teflon or nonstick griddles, then do yourself a favor and invest in this beautiful griddle! (Yeah, lol, it’s beautiful!)

These a wonderful to cook with. They are great looking and the non-stick is the best I have ever used

I was surprised by the "heft" of this pan. I read somewhere that this is an heirloom-quality alternative to the lower cost pans on the market, and I can see why they say that. Time will tell for certain, but I believe with care we'll get several years out of our new griddle.
