I approved the removal of sections from the boxes in order to get through home, but wrapping was also removed and therefore left dirt and scuff marks on my new couch. Beautiful couch! It’s deep and BIG. Very soft and looks amazing. Unfortunately, I will be returning it. While the seat height is listed at about 19 inches. The cushions have zero support. It’s like sitting on a bean bag, you just sink in and have to crawl out. Not a bad thing if th at a what you want but personally need a little bit more seat cushion firmness.
