This area rug has the look of a coveted flea market find with its braided border and purposefully faded design. Power-loomed from polyester, it showcases a timeless central medallion pattern in terracotta, blue, and sage green hues. Plus, its stain-resistant material makes this rug a great choice for homes with children, and pets, and the low-pile stands up to busy areas like entryways and living rooms. To reduce shifting and sliding, we recommend adding a rug pad (sold separately) underneath.
Beautiful colors. Based on price point, this is an excellent rug. It is thin so we used carpet padding. I was hesitant to order because on some of the pictures shown it looked more reddish than terracotta/ orangy, it is terracotta. Also make sure that you don't mind the worn/ faded sections. Exactly what I wanted! Quality is great. To anyone curious about the pilling/large quantities of excess fibers - it’s wool and there is no way around that with any wool rug. It always takes a while for the top layer to wear off and you just have to be ready to use the vacuum for a little while! This is my 3rd large wool rug from Joss and they are worth the cost.. Megan. Very happy with this purchase. The rug is thicker than I expected and looks great under my dining room table. A chair is not going to slide on this rug, but that was expected. I haven't had much issue with fraying, although this room doesn't get much traffic. I ordered this carpet for a little used dining room that needed some pattern and texture. For the price, this is a winner. The cream is more taupe and the charcoal can look gray depending on the direction from which it is viewed. Can’t speak to its durability but it seems decently made.. joann.
