This bed frame looks exactly like the picture! The description says it is not compatible with an adjustable bed frame. The reviews from others say it is compatible. I love the linen fabric and color; it was exactly what we wanted. However, the photo does not show that there is a 20" gap so your box spring & mattress would have to measure at least that to hide that gap. We returned it because we have a low profile mattress.
