Exactly what I wanted! Quality is great. To anyone curious about the pilling/large quantities of excess fibers - it’s wool and there is no way around that with any wool rug. It always takes a while for the top layer to wear off and you just have to be ready to use the vacuum for a little while! This is my 3rd large wool rug from Joss and they are worth the cost.. Megan. I ordered this carpet for a little used dining room that needed some pattern and texture. For the price, this is a winner. The cream is more taupe and the charcoal can look gray depending on the direction from which it is viewed. Can’t speak to its durability but it seems decently made.. joann.
