We just received our 10 chairs in pristine condition. No problems at all. Delivery was two days after we ordered at the store. Very fast and convenient delivery by FedEx. We are very happy with the quality, feel and looks of the chairs. Legs are solid wood in a beautiful brown stain color. The leather is soft in a nice neutral light gray color. The stitching and seams look nice and well done. Chairs are comfortable to seat on. I am 5'2 my feet touch the ground and my back has good support. The curved back adds to the simple modern design and the height of the back is perfect. My husband is 6'1 and thinks chairs are well built. He finds them firm, steady, and the seat cushion is on the harder side, but comfortable. We are at peace and happy that chairs worked out. I was afraid the color would work out since I did not see them personaly at the store, but only online. I also did not get to seat on them either before buying. I was looking to replaced our currrent black bonded leather chairs(that are pealing after 16 years). I wanted real leather if affordable and lower back chairs. The price was reasonable with an extra 15% when we purchased. Chairs look great with the marble table. Great product and great service from beginning to end! I ran out of the felt pad under leg covers, so I have to go get some more.
