I love the linen fabric and color; it was exactly what we wanted. However, the photo does not show that there is a 20" gap so your box spring & mattress would have to measure at least that to hide that gap. We returned it because we have a low profile mattress. 4 1/2 hours to put together!!!! The color ‘white’ on the website is more of a beige and the fabric looks almost linen-y. The hydraulic works well and there’s a ton of storage. Note that the base in the bed is not that sturdy and you won’t be able to put anything heavy in it. You absolutely will need 2 people to put this together. The bed sits much higher than what is shown in the photo. This bed does not sit like a lower profile/platform bed. The actual quality of the bed is great but the description was misleading.. This bed is stunning! It is an olive green color with brown tones, and the velvet feels amazing. Well constructed and does not require a box spring. Height is perfect for sitting on the edge with my 14” mattress (I am 5’7”). I included some pictures to help other shoppers better visualize the color. The photos online seemed to wash out the richness of this bed-frame’s color. If you are into rich earthy tones, give this a look!
