I needed a flush mount bigger than 15". This is a full 24". I wanted a high end look that didn't become the focus of the room and didn't cost a bundle for a guest room. This is probably my 20th light fixture that I have installed. It is the same as the rest of them. Easy if it's new construction and not so easy if it's an old house.
