This is a really nice headboard. I looked at hundreds of headboards on line. I picked this one because of the color and design. I also bought it on sale but I would have paid full price for it because of its high quality. The fabric is really nice. I tried to take a close up picture of the fabric so you can see that the grey is a grey with white thread running through the fabric which really gives it a nice looking texture, high end look and feel. The headboard comes with all of the hardware and is very simple to set up. It is very sturdy when your bed is against the wall and you can adjust the height if you need to. Beautiful style but not great quality. I waited for this headboard for several months and was disappointed with the quality (see pictures).
