So far I am very happy with this purchase. I like the shape, aesthetic, material, and warm color (seasoned brown). It came with a few irregularities (raised area, knick, and shiny spot). With two young kids, I am slightly worried about it easily staining or marking, but have been diligent about using place mats. The table will easily sit 6 and could accommodate 8. This dining table was very hard for me to put together. I suggest having two people work on this because it is very heavy.
