I ordered the Meera buffet table as a cabinet for my office. It is perfect. We had to drill a hole in the back for the printer cables, but that was easy. The quality is fantastic and the only assembly required was to install the door handles and that was very easy. I searched for months for a cabinet for my office and found many that I liked in stores but they were much more expensive. This piece is really beautiful -and well made. I looked and compared this and similar pieces to replace an old piece in our front entry—for more than a year. It’s made by a company called Four Hands and the quality is really good. I finally ordered it when it went on sale after Thanksgiving. They delivered and set it up, so no assembly. It’s wood with a wood laminate. Seems durable. Gave it four stars instead of five, because we had to adjust the door on one side so it didn’t “scape” when closing.
