Super soft! I'm giving it three stars because I've only had it a couple of months and the ends are rolling up and fraying so I keep having to cut the bottom material that keeps coming undone. It's not an area trafficked enough where it makes sense for it to be happening already. Also, contrast is not as pictured, the charcoal is more of a gray. So lighter than I expected. Dimensions are not accurate. My space could only handle a rug that is exactly 10' long. This one is 10' 2", without the fringe. See pic where I've tucked the fringe underneath.
