Handmade in India using a hand-knotted technique, this area rug is our pick for an everyday essential. It's crafted from a blend of wool and viscose and comes in the understated two-tone hue of your choice. The textured geometric pattern is equal parts elegant and understated, so it compliments your existing decor without pulling too much focus. It also boasts intentional distressing throughout for a lived-in look we love. To help keep your rug in place and reduce shifting and sliding, we recommend adding a rug pad (sold separately) underneath.
It is a pretty wool rug but it is thin and much darker in person than the photo depicts. I thought I was getting a beige/greige rug but this is definitely more on the darker grey side. Since it is wool it does have a “wool” smell and it sheds. I wanted to love it since the cost to return is expensive but so is the rug so I will be returning,. Marissa.
