I am very happy with this purchase. I have tried 3 other places for on line rugs and they were all awful experiences for mainly a moldy odor reason that could not be corrected. I found Joss & Main and reluctantly tried again, but with friends telling me their great experience, I proceeded with the order. This carpet is made very well, it's soft and cozy and looks perfect in my foyer. Best of all...no bad odor! I just ordered a runner now for the mud room. I will definitely be shopping here again!. The rug in the laundry room is low enough profile that we have no problem opening the door over the rug. I chose these grass rugs because of their environmental sustainability. They are rough for walking on with bare feet, but I don't mind. The 18 ft runner has a jog in it about 3 ft from the end. In other words it's not straight. And the fabric border is not sewn down in a couple places. The small area rug has three places where the grass sticks up. I took pictures thinking I might write a complaint to the company but decided that was not worth my time.
